Tax-Aid Client Appointment System 

You can now make a virtual appointment with Tax-Aid. These meetings will be conducted over Zoom, Ring Central or Facetime. They will not take place in person at our office.
Appointments can be made for Client Identity Check or Client Tax Return Review
 
Client Identity Check - Once you have submitted your tax questionnaire and uploaded your tax documents you are ready to meet with a Tax-Aid team member.  During this meeting we will verify your identification and Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) for you and all family members. We will review your tax documents to ensure that we have all of the documents we need in order to prepare your tax return. This is also your chance to ask any questions. Click on the Client Identity Check button to select the date which works best for you.

Client Tax Return Review - When your tax return is complete you will receive a link to review your tax return. During this stage you will receive an electronic signature request to grant Tax-Aid permission to electronically file your tax return. We highly recommend you choose to electronically file your taxes instead of sending a paper return.  If you have any questions about your tax return, please make an appointment by clicking the Client Tax Return Review button and select the date which works best for you. An appointment is NOT required and if you choose to not have one, we will contact you with the next steps.  These meetings will be conducted over Zoom, Ring Central or Facetime. They will not take place in person at our office.
